Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within zip codes 66206, 66207 and 66208 For orders under $50, we charge $8 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and by special arrangement on the weekend. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4004 W 83rd St Prairie Village, KS 66208. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are during store hours Monday through Friday and by arrangement on Saturday and Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come in.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations for shipping to P.O. Boxes. We will contact you to arrange a different shipping address if we are unable to ship to the address given.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition with original resaleable packaging. Certain items are exempt from return or need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us at to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Purchases will be refunded as long as the product meets the above conditions and includes the RA #  and the original packing slip. Returns without the original packing slip, will be issued a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be refunded.

A return shipping label can be provided and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been inspected.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Sorry, an order cannot be modified or cancelled after it's been processed. 

Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible. Items returned for refund or exchange will not be refunded/exchanged if damaged in transit.
