Online orders are handled by our warehouse in the order in which they are received. If you need help with an online order, our warehouse team will return your messages as soon as possible. Please email info@learningtreetoys.com Please do not call the store as the local store staff cannot help with online shipping orders. Staff at our store cannot guarantee your online order will be fulfilled.
Collectible items and brands (including Jellycat and LEGO) are limited to 2 items per style per customer.
Shipping
Shipping orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CT Fridays will ship out on the following Monday.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4004 W 83rd St Prairie Village, KS 66208. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are during store hours Monday through Friday and by arrangement on Saturday and Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come in.
After 30 days your order will be returned with a store credit good for one year from the date of your purchase.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@learningtreetoys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Some items are final sale (see section below). All LEGO and Jellycat items are final sale and no returns will be accepted when ordered and shipped from our website. (Not applicable to in-store, in-person returns)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@learningtreetoys.com.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
A return shipping label will be provided and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been inspected.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including:
- Clothing
- Seasonal holiday items (Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Holiday)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
